Shipping policy

Argent orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before carrier transit begins. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard and express shipping

Available methods, carrier estimates, and charges appear at checkout. Express shipping speeds up the carrier-transit portion after fulfillment; it does not shorten the standard 3–5-business-day processing window unless checkout or a product page expressly says otherwise.

Qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more receive free shipping when that offer appears at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Checkout delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier transit begins after the order ships and can be affected by destination, carrier volume, holidays, weather, customs, or other events outside Argent's control.

Tracking

Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout after the package is handed to the carrier. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@argentismoney.net as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Argent cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and carrier updates first. Then contact Argent Support with your order number and tracking details. Any replacement or credit depends on the carrier findings and applicable law.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because the address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

International shipping

International delivery time varies by destination and customs processing. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees. Argent is not responsible for customs delays.
