These Terms of Service govern your use of argentismoney.net and purchases from Argent. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and checkout information and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products and availability

We work to display product colors, details, availability, and images accurately. Screens and handmade or production variations can affect appearance. Products, quantities, and purchase limits may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit sales when reasonably necessary.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown when applicable. You authorize Argent and its payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will contact you when an order is affected.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Argent may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, purchase-limit abuse, shipping restrictions, or another lawful reason. If an unfulfilled order is canceled after payment, the payment will be reversed as required.

5. Shipping and returns

Order processing, carrier estimates, duties, tracking, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, the 7-day request window, store credit, return-shipping responsibility, and defective-item procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law; infringe another person's rights; submit false, harmful, or malicious material; interfere with security or operation; scrape or access the site through unauthorized automated means; transmit malware; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant Argent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the store and Argent marketing. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions.

8. Intellectual property

The Argent name, logos, product artwork, site design, photographs, copy, and other store content are owned by Argent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that content except as law allows.

9. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and embedded media. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Argent is not responsible for third-party sites it does not control.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Except for obligations that cannot be excluded by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Argent does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Product warranties or remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Argent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Argent from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access when a user materially violates these Terms, threatens store security, or creates legal or operational risk. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence applies. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Nothing here prevents either party from using a small-claims process or another non-waivable consumer remedy where available.

16. General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked here are the entire agreement concerning use of the store and replace earlier versions on that subject. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without consent; Argent may transfer its rights as part of a lawful business transaction.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
